What To Expect

What To Expect At Bethel UMC

Before you visit Bethel, you might be wondering what its like. Bethel is a loving and community oriented church. We strive to be a place where you can find real and meaningful connection: with God and with others.
At the moment, many of our in-person ministries and activities are cancelled or moved online, but we anticipate restarting many of our programs in the fall. In the meantime, we'd love for you to check out one of our livestreamed worship services on our Youtube page or to join us in-person this summer!

How Services Look

Here’s how things look in more normal times. Prior to our worship services, Bethel hosts a full breakfast every Sunday beginning at 8:30 AM. We have Sunday school for both children and adults at 9. We offer two worship services on Sunday mornings, a 10 AM service with choir and traditional music and an 11:30 Praise Service with a band and contemporary worship music. Both services feature a relevant, Bible based sermon. We celebrate Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month at both worship services.

We offer programs for children and youth as well as vibrant Men’s and Women’s ministries. And we serve our community and our world through a variety of mission projects and opportunities.
