Subject: Bethel UMC Announcements Message: Yard Sale help needed!

We still need people to sign up to make this year's yard sale a success. Despite the late start, we have the opportunity to have a great sale. The sale runs from 7AM to 2PM with clean up after that.

We need people to help for the following tasks:

• Pick up items at donators' houses (This week and Friday)
• Price larger items prior to the event (Friday afternoon)
• Help set up for the sale (Friday afternoon until finished)
• Move large items out of trailer to parking lot (Saturday at 6AM)
• Be a cashier or area helper (Saturday)
• Be a price negotiator (Saturday) {This involves negotiating a price with the customer for their items, provide a sales receipt with number of items and price for the customer to take to the cashier.}
• Help clean up after the sale (Saturday, start at 2PM)
